How does TargetGrow get me more followers and how is it better than favoriting tweets the usual way?

TargetGrow searches Twitter using our machine learning algorithm to suggest tweets relevant for you to consider, review and favorite from people that we’ve identified as most likely to engage with you. We use what you tell us about your intended audience and put tweets with those keywords through a number of filters and processes to surface the best ones. Once you approve those tweets, we send those favorites to Twitter throughout the day. This gets you in front of a targeted audience that is likely to follow you, visit your website, etc. Our algorithm typically yields 5x higher engagement than the usual way!

I'm not getting enough tweets to favorite or my tweets aren’t relevant.

If you’re not getting enough of the right tweets, you should swap out your keywords for ones that yield better results. There are 3 parts to choosing quality keywords:

  • They are used by your target audience
  • They are not often used in another context (e.g. not too broad or ambiguous)
  • They are used frequently

As an example, if you're make anti-virus software a term like 'software' is likely to be too wide and will result in tweets which aren't as relevant. You can also try industry-specific terms, acronyms and hashtags for relevance.

Do I have to manually approve each favorite?

Yes, that is Twitter's guideline and it makes sense as you should always be fully in control. We make it easy with a clean, readable UI as well as quick keyboard support.

Do all favorites get executed immediately?

After you submit your favorites, the system will process and execute them. Typically the favorites will be spread out over a period of hours.

How can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Just use the Plans page and choose your new plan. Remember plans are billed on a monthly basis. Your charges will be pro-rated based on when during your billing cycle you're changing plans.

It says my account is limited, why?

If your Twitter account is brand new or not active, such as if you have very few followers or tweets, users you interact with may feel the account is not credible or may be spammy and are more likely to report you. For that reason, for your own protection and best results, we limit the account until you're more active.

How do I update my credit card?

To change your credit card, please visit the plans page, click on your current plan, and enter your new credit card information. (As long as you select the same plan, you won't be charged - it will just replace the current one.)

How can I get a copy of my invoices?

We automatically email you a copy of your invoice each month. If you don't have it please check your spam folder, or you can have any invoices resent from your My Account page

How can I update my email address?

You can update your email anytime on your My Account page.
